I was traveling in northern Washington and accidentally broke my favourite gold bracelet. While in Fairhaven I noticed this little shop and on a whim stopped in to see if they could make the reaper quickly. Much to my delight they had my bracelet fixed in just a 15min. It was at the end of their day as well so I was very appreciative that they were able to fit me in. Super beautiful selection of jewelry, lovely staff and a great location. Highly recommended!

I brought in my wedding ring for a resize after a few years of not being able to wear it and am so annoyed that I didn’t bring it in sooner! They did a beautiful job of preserving the original carved details on the back despite having to open it up a few sizes and it looks totally seamless, I’m so pleased with the workmanship and delighted to have my ring back on my hand. Many many thanks!

Great experience! Very friendly staff. I’ve dealt with most jewelry shops in town and these folks are the friendliest and very skilled. Some shops I’ve been in, the staff makes it feel like they are waiting for a reason to hit the panic button with serious and suspicious look. These guys are all smiles and make you feel welcome. Highly recommended

I recently brought a bracelet to them for repair. I know zero about jewelry and they were extremely helpful, did great work, and the cost was very reasonable. Will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Loved my ring from Fairhaven Gold! Jason was fantastic to work with and he is super creative. I came in with some vague ideas and he really pulled it all together beautifully. I had such a great experience with Fairhaven Gold. I brought in a sentimental ring that needed some repair, and they handled it with so much care. When I first got it back, the prongs were still catching a bit, but I brought it back in and they fixed it right away, no hassle at all. It means a lot to have a jeweler who stands behind their work and makes sure everything is just right. So grateful to have such a trustworthy, local shop in our community!

After trying out a couple big box brand name Jewelers in Seattle and being very let down, I decided to try out a store closer to home. I was searching for an engagement ring and had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. Jason at Fairhaven Gold was amazing from the very beginning. He was honest about the longevity of certain aspects and styles. He found me my ideal diamond for the center stone and secured it very quickly. He then helped me decide on a metal and narrow down the rest of the details. Once he had the wax mold done I went in to try it on and fell in love. Jason helped me design my dream engagement ring and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I love my ring and the process was so fun and exciting. All thanks to Fairhaven Gold. Jason is prompt, communicative, friendly, and honest. His prices are very fair and his work is incredible. Don’t waste your time at any other jeweler, Jason is your guy!

Fairhaven Gold is the best local jeweller around town. Take your business here and they will knock it out of the park. Far more than 5 stars is deserved here. I cannot speak enough to the excellence of Jason's work and of the service experience I had with him and his wife Sarah. I came to them with a dismantled engagement ring, vaguely traumatized, and very unsure how to communicate what I wanted done. Given how *incredibly perfect* the end result is, I think Jason might actually be a mind reader. He deftly walked me through ideas and options, Sarah called me the next day to check on my order, and my custom ring was ready to pick up in less than a week. Pricing was reasonable and transparent. The quality of his work shows much pride and care. Beyond that, I felt so welcomed in their shop, and that my happiness and the longevity of the piece was their top priority. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!

My wife and I have had the pleasure of asking Jason to create three rings for us so far, and, even though we’ve just moved to Denver, I intend to return to him when the need for more jewelry arises again in the future. We came to him originally in 2024 with an idea for an engagement ring. He helped us understand what he could create for us given our budget, and helped to source a pale green Montana sapphire that was exactly what we were looking for. For reference, the ring that he eventually crafted for us was $1k less and had a slightly larger stone than the Instagram jeweler’s design we modeled it after. Eventually, we returned in 25 with some different asks for our wedding bands. We wanted a simpler design, something that was timeless and durable enough to withstand my labor-intensive job, but still had a gemstone. He talked us through some designs that would protect the gemstone, and we even considered some textured surfaces that would hide scratches. He talked me out of a tungsten band in favor of gold’s timelessness, resizability, and the patina that age would add. We settled on matching, but not identical, yellow gold bands with similar sized stones. Jason even shaped my wife’s ring to ensure it didn’t look as chunky and masculine as mine. I’d never purport to know much about jewelry, but thanks to our experiences with Jason I can at least say I’ve learned enough to get me by in our future purchases, even if I don’t have an artist as down-to-earth as Jason helping me. All that being said, I can’t recommend Jason’s services enough. We don’t have a single complaint after three rings and, as I said at the start, I plan to make a special trip back here whenever I’m in need of a jeweler’s services again. Thank you for everything, Jason.
